In just a few decades, we have reduced the amont of garbage in landfill sites by creating comprehensive recycling systems. It started small. We're not there yet, but we are getting incrementally closer to cleaner living than if we had done nothing.

The question is, can we apply the same enregy and committment to reducing violence?
